Two-component system
Plastifloor® 050/ 051 & 050F/ 051
Composition
Plastifloor® polymer concrete consists of a two-component system. The liquid Plastifloor® 050 or for frozen or permafrost areas Plastifloor® 050F is a solvent-free, 100% reactive, low-viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA). The powder component Plastifloor® 051 consists of a pre-packaged mixture of fillers. Both components are mixed together in a mixing bucket for 3 minutes and the synthetic resin concrete is ready to use.
Application duration
Application of the polymer concrete system requires minimal labor and a standard concrete mixing plant. A thin layer of primer is used to seal the existing concrete surface and increase the adhesive strength of the substrate.

Polymer concrete offers a wide application temperature range from 14°F to 100°F, making it ideal for different environments and weather conditions.
Fast curing
It reaches a remarkable strength in just 45 minutes at 70°F - with a compressive strength of 5,000 psi after 3 hours and over 13,000 psi 24 hours, it is exceptionally robust and durable.
Strong chemical resistance
Synthetic resin concrete also resists strong chemical influences and is therefore suitable for demanding applications where aggressive substances come into play.
Easy to use
No special tools or specialist knowledge are required for use, which makes handling very simple and easy to understand.
Good chemical bonding
The use of polymer concrete creates a reliable bond with the existing concrete.
Vibration-absorbing
Polymer concrete is also ideal for vibration-damping foundations if, for example, precision drilling or milling machines are to be installed.
